We didn't start The Pawffin with a business plan. We started it with a dog who kept stealing our sofa.

Anyone who's had a dog knows the feeling — you buy them a bed, they ignore it completely, and somehow end up stretched across your cushions looking very pleased with themselves. That was us. And honestly? We didn't mind. But it did make us realise something: most pet products are either ugly, overpriced, or fall apart after six months.

So we set out to find better ones.

The Pawffin was built around one simple idea — your pet deserves products that are actually well-made, look good in your home, and don't cost the earth. We're a small, UK-based team of pet owners who spend an embarrassing amount of time testing, comparing, and arguing about which beds are softest and which carriers are actually worth the money.

Every product on this site has been chosen because we'd genuinely buy it for our own animals. That's the filter. Not the margins. Not the trends. Just: would our dog (or cat, or both) actually use and enjoy this?
