How to Return an Item:

Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• We do not accept returns on items that have been used with animals for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items:

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at thepawffin@gmail.com with photos and we'll send you a replacement or full refund immediately — no questions asked.
